My party in 5e is already having a great time exploring Oaktown.

If using digital tabletop, consider moving the thatch on the Sky view level to ground floor to avoid using Fog of War feature. You can then select and hide the roof pieces as the party explores the village. If printing the maps you only need ground and 2nd floor.
