This is a large office complex I have created for a steampunk / modern influenced D&D 5e campaign.
In our campaign it is the Admiralty and Intelligence offices for the city that the characters operate from, but it can be easily modified for any other purpose, whether Town Hall or government buildings, a powerful guild, a university or anywhere with significant corporate or government administration.

Most rooms have generic descriptions, but feel free to tweak or replace them. If you have any great ideas on what else to do with it please let me know.

I may even build the first floor at some point...
