Ilipur, The Basilisk- on the Dragon Coast, is a large port town with a shallow harbor and no real docks to speak of, even still it is prosperous for the Council of Burghers who oversee trade for costers in Elversult. The Basilisk is a rough and tumble inn and tavern in the cellars of which is the first stop on the Dragon Coast circuit of bare-knuckle fighting.
