Melvaunt- In the port city of Melvaunt, on the docks where the trade is brisk and one could find a ship bound for Hillsfar, Mulmaster, or even the Sea of Fallen Stars, lies a rowdy tavern called Umberlee’s Bosom. Above the door that looks out at the Moonsea are the words “Coins are what matter. And to earn coins, one needs roads... or the love of Umberlee. Palaghard Obarskyr II”. The proprietor is Pernicia Draun who claims Selkie heritage. A devout follower of the sea goddess, Pernicia sacrifices a fawn every First Tide and also holds bare knuckle fights each new moon.
