Floor plan for a somewhat modest rebuild of Tresendar Manor planned by myself and a couple of fellow players. We had hoped to accomplish it in our campaign during down time.

The spiral stairs in the back would have led down to a reclaimed and slightly expanded Crypt from the LMoP starter campaign.

The bedroom on the main floor would have been for a pair of NPCs, an older couple that the group hired as housekeeper and groundskeeper.
