Like a line of demarcation the ward transforms suddenly into a dark and smog-filled city, filled with smoke, debris and odorous scents of rotting fish, the area feels like an unwelcoming and treacherous place, and not in the least bit safe for the unprepared visitor. Dock ward sits on the Great Harbor of Waterdeep, mostly comprised of docks, shipbuilding yards and warehouses for sea trade. Residences look like slain beasts as they have fallen into disrepair, everything is grey or black mute of color, hidden figures move in the shadows as you feel your every move is being watched.
