This is the Xonthal's Tower from the eponymous chapter in Rise of Tiamat.
I've tried to follow the text descriptions closely, and I've layered floor textures and lit it (fairly subtly) to try to give it the right feel.
I have made it as multiple levels as this makes it easy to jump between them in a random order, depending how they use the telport device.
I've also completed Xonthal's Tower hedge maze and the dungeon as two separate maps that are also public - look 'em up if you want them!
