The Cult of Howling Hatred may have lost Feathergale Spire but they haven't been defeated yet. Retreating to a lost outpost of Besilmer, they hope to change their fortunes using fearsome dwarven creations sealed deep within.

Tyar-Vurtan was once a port in the hills that catered to airships. Using a mote of elemental air the cunning dwarven elementalists and artificers created to vessels to sail the sky and now the cultists are repairing one of the airships to launch a counterattack against the inhabitants of the Dessarin Valley.
