Symphonic Megadungeon - Armory Battleground
Description
A setpiece encounter map featuring multiple levels of terrain and tons of interactive features!
- Ascend to fight in the rafters
- Scavenge for weapons and magic items
- Man a cannon or not-quite-destroyed ballista
- Activate a giant statue's sword with a hidden pressure plate
- Bring the house down by dropping giant chandeliers

For encounter guidance, here's how I set up the original battle:
- Players and the boss monster could each activate and control minion squads (e.g. animated weapons, zombies)
- Players could use features like giant statues, siege equipment, and chandeliers to do massive damage, but these required players to control certain areas of the battlefield and sometimes use multiple actions to activate.
- The players had to find and eliminate three enemy control nodes hidden around the map to unseal the doors and stop the enemies from using lair actions
- The enemy boss had two stages: the first stage was slow and tanky, and the second one could leap to the rafters and hide, turning the second stage into a game of cat and mouse
