Description
This is a grotto with a Gulthias Tree. I imagine that the grotto with have an small army of blights in it and a secret entrance the PC's have to find to enter. The ground is covered in vines and underneath (with a passive perception of 13+) are bones covered in moss. Under the Gulthias tree looks like it's roots are coming out of piles of bones surrounded by bloodied moss. This moss is difficult terrain.
