Simple 2 floor, cave dungeon, mean to be inhabited by a power dragon. You can change it as you wish, in my campaign, the dragon had a squad of construct soldiers to protect his door, undead warriors to fight in his room (hence the 2 story platforms). My players also had no in-game use for the hoard of gold & items in the dragon's pile, it was there more so for decoration or for them to loot after the campaign.
