Since we only had 4 submission - you have one map that you can nominate for the winner. The maps will be ranked Gold to Bronze based on your nominations.
All maps are now available in the public library and you can give your vote until the end of October.
The gold winner of the Community Map Battle has earned the right to challenge the existing FOGMASTER in a new MAP BATTLE MADNESS in 2022.
This is still intended to be fun for everyone, so you don't HAVE to challenge the FOGMASTER!
We will contact the winner and discuss the details to make sure this whole event stays fun for everyone.
If the winner decides to waive, the honor will be passed to the silver winner (and so on.).
Based on the community votes, the 3 maps with the highest votings will qualify for
Once the community has voted, we will go and check if the time limit was respected.
We also reserve the right to disqualify maps that are inapropriate or are violating the spirit of this contest.
By accessing our map database, we will look at the candidates for gold, silver and bronze.
Based on the timestamps for the map's creation and publication, we can calculate the total time spent on the map.
If a map disqualifies because it exceeded the time limit, the next map in line will slide up.
Those maps cannot earn the right to challenge the winner, but will still get added to our list of honorary mentions.
