Absalom Station is the biggest station in the Pact Worlds, and the center of trade and commerce. It contains hundreds of levels, many are unexplored.

When the Cult of Baphomet looked for an out of the way place to setup shop, they choose Level 231, a tiny storage level in the lower 'Spike' levels of Absalom Station.

Due to the presence of the Cultist and the Worshiping of Baphoment, Lord of Minitaurs, the level began to warp and distort, slowly transforming into a Maze suitable for the chosen of Baphomet to rain chaos on the upper levels of Absalom Station.
