The Hefty Barrel - This is a small tavern at the edge of a forest. It is off the road that travels from the hills and plains deep into the forest. This tavern is known for it's great venison stew and great performances. The Hefty Barrel is named for its 300-gallon barrel of sweet mead that is never empty. the mead is made with flowers that only grow at the edge of the forest. It is owned by a friendly dwarven woman, Betsa Meadcrusher, but she is not to be taken advantage of. Do not mistake her kindness for weakness. Above the tavern is a two-bedroom living area where Betsa lives with her wolf companion, Gorrit.
