Metreides Island belonged to a small dwarven order who built a temple there. Inside this temple is a vault that contains their ancient enemy and that is guarded and warded by ancient traps.

Over the course of the ages, the temple has started to go to ruin with a number of statues collapsing and becoming overgrown. A dragon turtle has also found what it believes to be a perfect place to lay it's clutch of eggs. Stealing the idea from Til, there is also a village of tiny people who live there now too.
