One of the largest mansions in Saltmarsh, this home is owned by city council member Gellan Primewater. The Primewater family is the wealthiest merchant family in Saltmarsh. Having made their fortune through smuggling, their textile and lumber exports served as a cover for their illegal activities. Located right on the docks, Gellan can often be heard shouting orders or answering questions for his captains and crews, his booming voice echoing over the docks. The mansion's most notable feature is its grand entry-way and dining hall. Gellan hosts at least one extravagant feast per week. headlined by food and drink bought in distant ports. Many of the rooms are filled with exotic treasures and artifacts gathered from distance lands.
