The White Lady Inn located on the shores of Lac Dinneshere in Easthaven (Icewind Dale: Rime of The Frost Maiden)

It's close-ish to scale based on the city map. The inn and surrounding buildings are a bit closer to the water and I fudged some of the outbuildings, to keep the map size down. It's also mostly oriented the same direction as on the town map.
